Well, do let me know what to do for losing your weight? I mean something so instant? I want to reduce my weight as it is increasing day by day and really irritating for me? So suggest me best thing here.

Bruce, It is not so easy to loss weight instantly. Although, I have s some weight loss suggestions for you which I am going to share here,
Avoid sugary things,
Drink coffee or tea
Eat your food slowly
Go for a Walk.
Try to do Gym or Yoga
Make sure to do exercise.
Use lemon in your meal.

Stay away from artificially sweetened drinks

Bruce! Both members give you really nice suggestions regarding reducing the weight. I think if anyone acts upon on these things then that person weight must reduce a few days. I must say that for maintain your health and reduce your weight exercise is the best thing.
